Blue Velvet: lights on buildings and everything that makes you wonder

lights on buildings and everything that makes you wonder

Quoting 'The perks of being a wallflower' on the title, a book that I got intoduced to by my sister, as well as by the October issue of Nylon - which by the way is the only magazine that I'm subscribed to.. My obsession to the american scene is scary at times, but let's not get into this. It's been a lovely book so far, you should try it.

1. Products I've been using lately (from left to right):
Korres iris and lily of the valley cotton body milk that I like so much I bought it again, instead of choosing another brand's. I especially like this one because the brand sticks to a no-parabens policy, which I support 100%, after reading how harmful parabens can be.
MoroccanOil Frizz Control spray: Works magic with my split ends (I'm not a very big fan of haircuts) and controls static every time I pull on fuzzy pullovers. See how to use it here.
Bioderma Crealine TS H20 cleanser.. Which I just googled to get results and post a link here, and realised should have bought the blue bottle for oily skin instead of the pink one, which is for sensitive skin. Anyway. IT'S THE SOFTEST CLEANSER YOU'VE EVER USED. It's like water but with cleansing abilities. It even smells like water (does water even smell?). That.
Korres white tea bergamot and freesia showergel: It smells aaaahmazing. Also, everything I said about the Korres body milk no parabens rule counts here as well.
MoroccanOil curl control mousse: I've used it twice already when I used the curling iron to curl my hair ends, by applying it before blow-drying and curling my hair. See how to use it here.

2. On my wrist: Swarovski 'happy' cuff, bracelet gifted by my friend Martha, Oxette chained and Accessorize beaded bracelets, all in shades of white.

3. Sushi night with friends.

4. Lovely black wedge boots, perfect for everyday wear from day to night, bought on ASOS. Me and my amazing Photoshop skills converted the photo to black and white. *bows*

5. Detailed shot of the Maison Martin Margiela x H&M candy clutch, along with a beanie from Accessorize, that I happened to wear that day. I would mention a story that my mother said about this clutch but it's not that funny so I'm not going to.

If I can leave you with one advice for the day, is to read 'The perks of being a wallflower'. It will make you realise and reconsider quite a few things about adolescence.

Lots of love,
